AS ARCIS (Joint Stock Company ARCIS) offers a wide range of services in the field of information and analytical support and business security that are aimed at minimizing and preventing risk factors related to various aspects of commercial activity, guaranteeing their confidentiality. The services offered are provided both on single inquiries and on regular basis. One or more staff members of the Customer Service Department are assigned for work with regular customers to ensure uninterrupted interaction and timely provision of the information required and they work in direct contact with the customer or the party authorized by the customer, using AS ARCIS databases and opportunities. Cost of services being frequently provided as a package is calculated on the basis of AS ARCIS Price List. Regular customers enjoy a flexible system of discounts.

AS ARCIS is guided by current legislation of the Republic of Latvia including requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law enacted on 23 March, 2000, the Detective Activity Law enacted on 5 July, 2001, the Guarding Activity Law enacted on 11 November, 1998.
